Gertini
An original cocktail recipe perfect for Christmas and the holiday season, the Gertini, inspired by the holiday decorations in the Echo Lake area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Ingredients
½ cups vanilla ice cream
1 ounce creme de cocoa
1 ounce creme de menthe
¼ ounce ginger liqueur (Domaine de Canton)
Ground nutmeg
Directions
- Add ice cream, creme de cacao, creme de menthe, and ginger liqueur into a blender
- Blend until liquified
- Pour unstrained into a martini glass
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top to garnist
